What's an adventure without a couple of bumps along the way?

In Chapter I of Find Your Force, a new family and kids mindfulness series from Headspace and Star Wars™, Chewbacca™ and BB-8™ are ready to start their journey to Chewbacca's home planet of Kashyyyk™. But the Millennium Falcon™? Not so much. Luckily, Headspace expert Samantha Snowden is here with a mindfulness exercise to help us stay relaxed and keep our minds on solving the problem at hand.[2]
