Mikal

Mikal was a male resident of the settlement Haven on the astronomical object Cethis during the High Republic Era. He was the father of the human girl Aaila. After the blight affliction threatened the settlement, Mikal fled with Aaila to be evacuated by the Republic Defense Coalition. Although they left many of their friends and neighbors behind, Mikal wished to ensure Aaila was safe. Aaila, however, wanted to return for their neighbors, arguing with her father while waiting to board the Republic transports. After overhearing the argument, Jedi Master Mirro Lox and his Padawan, Amadeo Azzazzo, returned to rescue Mikal and Aaila's neighbors.^[1]
