During the Galactic Civil War, revolutionaries operated in the Mid Rim that were allied with the Alliance to Restore the Republic against the Galactic Empire. When the Alliance was forced to pull back from previously captured planets during the Mid Rim Retreat, several revolutionaries evacuated with Alliance forces, yet many remained to harass Imperial forces.[1]
