The Melahna system was a part of the Core Worlds.[1] It was the origin point of Melahnese cuisine.[2][3]

Behind the scenes

The Melahna system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square K-9.[1]
