A star[2] was located in the Maya Kovel system.[3] It was orbited by the planet Maya Kovel, homeworld of the Ayrou species. After the Ayrou renounced their il Madri religious tradition and the hierarchs of the tradition's chapterhouses declared their accumulated wealth taboo, the contents of some chapterhouses' treasure vaults were loaded aboard freighters and shot into Maya Kovel's sun.[2]
