Matt Berry is an actor who provides the voice of 8D8 in the live-action television series Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett.[1] The entertainment news website Screen Rant noted that his appearance on the show had the potential to create a running gag on Star Wars TV, as Berry's The IT Crowd co-star Richard Ayoade had similarly voiced a droid one year earlier in an episode of The Mandalorian.[2]
