Masahiko Otsuka

Masahiko Otsuka is one of the founders of Studio Trigger and was the director of "The Elder," a short film released as part of the first volume of the Star Wars: Visions series. Otsuka planned for "The Elder" to be his final film, but said he would consider withdrawing his decision if offered another opportunity to work on Star Wars.^[1] Otsuka was given that opportunity, and returned to direct "The Bounty Hunters," a short film that will be released as part of the third volume of Visions.^[2]
