Marillion

The Marillion was a Pacifier-class sector patrol cruiser of the Galactic Republic's Republic Defense Coalition, owned by the member world of Alderaan. The Marillion and four other cruisers of its type were part of the Republic force commanded by Admiral Pevel Kronara at the Battle of Kur against the Nihil marauders of Kassav Milliko's Tempest. Two of the Pacifier-class cruisers present in the Kur Nebula, the Marillion and the Yekkabird of Corellia, were destroyed by the Nihil. One of the two cruisers was torn apart in a harpoon maneuever, while the other was destroyed after a Nihil corvette acted as if it had been crippled, sending explosives to the cruiser within escape pods.^[1]
