The Mapuzo mining village was a Galactic Empire–controlled mining town located on the planet Mapuzo. The town was home to an Hidden Path safehouse.[1] In 9 BBY,[2] Tala Durith used the hideout to help Obi-Wan Kenobi and a young Leia Organa to escape from the Imperial forces on the planet.[1]
