The Malsuum system was a star system located within the Inner Rim region of the galaxy.[1] It contained the planet Malsuum.[2]

Behind the scenes

A "Malsum" system appeared in the 2015 update of The Essential Atlas Online Companion. Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, later confirmed that the system name contained a typo and should have been spelled Malsuum,[3] like in the comic Darth Vader and the Cry of Shadows.[2]
