Maktan Plynt was a human member of the Nihil marauders during the High Republic Era. After being captured by Jedi, they assisted Jedi Masters Savina Besatrix Malagán and Arkoff and protected them from Nameless creatures.[1]

Behind the scenes

Maktan Plynt appeared in the fourth volume of the Star Wars: The High Republic: The Edge of Balance manga series, written by Shima Shinya and Daniel José Older and illustrated by Mizuki Sakakibara. The volume was published by Viz Media[1] on April 22, 2025 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase III.[2] Plynt was designed by Kamima, who also worked as a layout assistant on the volume.[3]
