Luxum was a female Shard Jedi Knight that trained under Master Aqinos. Like the rest of the Iron Knights, Luxum joined the New Jedi Order when discovered on the planet Dweem. During the Yuuzhan Vong War, Luxum was driven close to the dark side of the Force by the destruction of Hosk Station. With IG-179, one of General Grievous's former bodyguards, serving as her chief lieutenant, she fought against the technophobic Yuuzhan Vong, but was eventually killed by them.
