Luna was a Twi'lek who was one of the freedom fighters that were led by Cham Syndulla during the Clone Wars. In 22 BBY, they were among the Twi'leks that were massacred by the CIS forces during the initial stages of the Battle of Ryloth. After their death, Luna was one of the many freedom fighters that were buried in a Twi'lek graveyard on their homeworld.
The headstone on Luna's grave had a moon crescent on top, and their name was inscribed on the gravestone in Aurebesh.
Behind the scenes
The moon crescent on top of Luna's grave is fitting, as "Luna" is Latin for Earth's moon.
