Luca was a smuggler who held Rebel Alliance sympathies and owned the YT-2000 Light Freighter Faithless.[1]
Behind the scenes
Luca was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the "Starship Fact File" section of the forty-second issue of the Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine,[1] published around October 21, 2015[2] and written by Tim Veekhoven.[3] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, Luca first appeared in the graphic novella Star Wars Adventures: The Will of Darth Vader, written by Tom Taylor, illustrated by Brian Koschak,[4] and published by Dark Horse Comics on July 21, 2010.[5]
