Loth-rat pie was a dish served at Old Jho's Pit Stop. It was made by minced Loth-rat meat and was popular among Lothal citizens, also favored by Kanan Jarrus.[1]

Behind the scenes

Loth-rat pie was first mentioned in Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need to Know, a reference book published on September 4, 2015 as part of Journey to Star Wars: The Force Awakens series.[1]
