Lommite processing plants

The lommite processing plants was a location found in Eriadu City on the planet Eriadu that specialized in the processing of lommite,[2] ores that were used to create transparisteel.[3] During the Battle of Eriadu[2] in 228 BBY,[1] the plant was rearranged by the Nihil marauder organization to develop scav droids which were unleashed across the planet.[2]

Behind the scenes

The processing plants appeared in the short story "Tales from the Occlusion Zone: Out with a Bang," written by Lydia Kang as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[2] Phase III.[4] The story was published in the 231st issue of the magazine Star Wars Insider as the eighth installment in the Tales from the Occlusion Zone serialized fiction on April 29, 2025.[5]
