The Logistics, Deployment, and Allotment Center (shortened to LDAC) was a base run by the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War on Yerbana, a planet[1] in the Savareen sector within the Outer Rim Territories.[2] Sometime during the conflict, Alliance to Restore the Republic agents infiltrated the Logistics, Deployment, and Allotment Center and set up a makeshift refuge within the facility for hidden rebel operatives to spy on Imperial activities, contact fellow Alliance members, and recharge.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Logistics, Deployment, and Allotment Center was created by Lucasfilm director of franchise content and strategy Pablo Hidalgo as part of an in-universe backstory for the Industrial Light & Magic room known as Rebel Hideout, which opened in May 2024 at the One Letterman Lucasfilm campus in San Francisco, California. Its name was chosen to match the acronym for the previous name of the One Letterman building, Letterman Digital Arts Center (LDAC).[3]
