Lockslab was a lightweight, sturdy compound and building material created by Delvin Constructs for use in their modular base structures. It was created with durasteel, stresscrete, foamcast, and other lightweight materials. The COM C-52 Modular Command Center, HNG F-304 Modular Hangar/Motor Pool, and MILBAR F-221 Modular Barracks all used Lockslabs in their construction.[1]
Behind the scenes
Lockslab was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in Fully Operational,[1] a 2018 sourcebook for the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion roleplaying game published by Fantasy Flight Games.[2] It originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared in Han Solo's Revenge, a 1979 novel written by Brian Daley and published by Del Rey.[3]
