Lk'graagth was a rakghoul supersoldier that was created by the mad Tionese scientist Sannus Lorrick during the Galactic War. Lk'graagth was the commander of Lorrick's supersoldiers, and Lorrick hired a pilot named Melarra to unknowingly ferry Lk'graagth, Chak'aghakh, G'klarg, and a host of rakghoul supersoldiers to the planet Kaon. The rakghouls burst out of the cargo hold of Melarra's shuttle upon landing at the Kaon City Spaceport, spreading the rakghoul plague to Kaon. Lk'graagth and his fellows were eventually slain during efforts to contain the plague.[2]

Commander Lk'graagth is the leader of the rakghoul supersoliders, the final boss in the Flashpoint "Kaon Under Siege" that was added to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in Game Update 1.1.[2]
