G'klarg was a rakghoul supersoldier that was created by the mad Tionese scientist Sannus Lorrick during the Galactic War. Lorrick hired a pilot named Melarra to unknowingly ferry G'klarg, along with Chak'aghakh and Lk'graagth, to the planet Kaon. The trio burst out of the cargo hold of Melarra's shuttle upon landing at the Kaon City Spaceport, spreading the rakghoul plague to Kaon. The trio were eventually slain during efforts to contain the plague.[2]

G'klarg is one of the three rakghoul supersoliders, the final boss in the Flashpoint "Kaon Under Siege" that was added to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in Game Update 1.1.[2]
