Lizel Liit was a female Jedi Padawan in the service of the Jedi Order.[1] Sometime between 42 BBY and 32 BBY,[2] Liit began to wonder if she truly belonged with the Jedi Order, and ran away from Coruscant without informing anyone, including her Master. She received a ride from the spicerunner Zarah Bliss, who claimed she would help Liit but instead took her to the Outer Rim Territories ice planet Desinta, which was embroiled in a civil war, and sold the girl to the highest bidder—the Dan'Gar. When the Jedi learned of Liit's plight, the Jedi High Council sent Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn to bring her back.[1]
