Living Force: Dark Shadows

"Living Force: Dark Shadows" is a short story in the Living Force campaign for Star Wars Roleplaying Game. It was written by August and Cynthia Hahn and was published on the Wizards of the Coast website on February 16, 2006. It continued the saga of Darrus Jeht, following on from Dark Hope, and followed by Living Force: One Minute to Midnight.

Plot summary

The Jedi Master Darrus Jeht receives orders to attack the Confederacy planet Corlax 4, likely to result in the deaths of millions of civilians. While in transit there, Jeht receives a transmission from was Milinae Untaire. The smuggler informs him that Trilinae Untaire has gone missing, as well as that all the Jedi on Almas have been destroyed. Upon hearing this news, Jeht chooses to disobey his orders and head to the Cularin system, stopping only to retrieve a shuttle with some of his troops; they, however, have just received Order 66.
