Within the video game Star Wars: Squadrons, there are computer-controlled characters that are named and appear in the "Fleet Battles vs. AI" game mode. Due to the nature of these characters—they constantly die and respawn—their canonicity is unclear.[1]

Behind the scenes
Released on October 2, 2020,[2] Star Wars: Squadrons introduced ten computer-controlled characters. These characters' names, appearances, and callsigns always remain the same and are consistent across multiple matches. However, they are randomly assigned a starfighter at the beginning of the match, and can randomly be assigned a new ship if they die and respawn.[1]
