Behind the scenes

The Life Day Cheese Branch was available in the real world for a limited time to guests visiting Kat Saka's Kettle in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. It was served as a seasonal offering for the park's 2023 Life Day celebration, which corresponded with the real-world holiday season. The Life Day Cheese Branch was sold from November 17, 2023, to January 9, 2024.[3] It returned for the 2024 and 2025 Life Day seasons, served with a special sauce.[4][5] Its menu description read, "Croissant Dough mixed with Cream Cheese, Parmesan and Cheddar, sprinkled with Crushed Red Pepper."[6]
