Lieber was a Human male captain in the Queensguard of House Panteer during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire.

Biography

In 3643 BBY, Lieber was stationed at the Panteer hideout on Alderaan. An Imperial spacer recovered the Panteer crown from a nearby river and delivered it to him.[1]
