Lido Shan was a female humanoid technician who worked for the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. In 21 BBY, she was stationed on Coruscant for most of the war, but served in the Battle of Ord Cestus.[1]
She had short, black hair. Instead of blinking, her eyes would briefly film over with a yellow mucus. She briefed Obi-Wan Kenobi and Kit Fisto on the JK-13 security droid before they moved onto battle.[1]
