Level 3921 was a sub-surface city level of Galactic City, the ecumenopolis covering the planet Coruscant. In 7955 C.R.C., the Coruscant Security Force issued an arrest warrant for the con artist Dannl Faytonni from an office on Level 3921 after the criminal impersonated a member of the Republic Judiciary. The warrant from Level 3921 was later included in Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious, a book written by Police Commissioner Exantor Divo[1] and published in 34 ABY.[2]
