Lee Romay Seared Scallop was an entrée containing lee romay that was served during the Chandrila Chef's Selections course of dinner at An Evening with Gaya in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room on the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The meal was exclusively served to passengers seated at the captain's table and was safe for humans to consume.[1]

Lee Romay Seared Scallop was available in the real world at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[3] It was last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.[4] The menu described it as being served "with creamy Sauce and Sesame Seeds."[5]
