Larbec was a male Human holding the rank of the lieutenant in the Imperial Military of the reconstituted Sith Empire. During the Cold War in 3643 BBY he was stationed in Sobrik on Balmorra and asked a fellow Imperial to destroy a Balmorran resistance power generator.[1]
