The Kuras system was a star system located in the Elrood sector of the Outer Rim Territories, bordering the Cegul sector. The Kuras system contained Kuras I, Kuras II, Kuras III, Kuras IV, and the primary star Kuras. The dust cloud known as The Drift separated the Kuras system from most of the other systems in the Elrood Sector, making travel to and from the system difficult. The Kuras Asteroid Belt was also located within this system.
