Krysty Wilson-Cairns is a screenwriter who served as a co-screenwriter on the 2019 film 1917, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award. On May 4, 2020, Wilson-Cairns was announced to join director Taika Waititi in writing the screenplay for an untitled Star Wars film.^[1]
