Kronn was an officer who served the Galactic Empire in the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War. Eventually, Kronn became captain of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Adjudicator.[1] In 0 ABY, shortly after the Battle of Yavin,[2] the vessel was deployed to blockade[1] the moon[3] Cymoon 1 after a party of rebels attacked[1] Weapons Factory Alpha,[3] the Galactic Empire's weapons manufacturing facility on the moon. The Adjudicator attempted to prevent the rebels from escaping from the moon in the freighter Millennium Falcon but their efforts failed as the starship jumped into hyperspace. Kronn reported the failure to the Sith Lord Darth Vader over comlink. As Captain Kronn reported, Vader choked the officer through the Force, ending the communication.[1]

Behind the scenes

Kronn's voice appeared in the third issue of the 2015 comic series Star Wars. The issue was written by Jason Aaron and published by Marvel Comics on[1] March 11, 2015.[4]
