Koruun

Koruun, also known as Korunni or Korunnal, was the language of the Korunnai people of the planet Haruun Kal.

After Mace Windu was taken from his homeworld of Haruun Kal at a very young age, he returned to the planet as a teenager long enough to learn the language and experience the culture. Upon his return to Haruun Kal during the Clone Wars, he was able to understand the language when others spoke it; it was unclear how well he spoke it himself.

Grammar

Plurals

To form a plural noun -ai is added to the end of a noun. In some cases, the final syllable is also modified. For example, Korun becomes Koruunai, and dôshalo becomes dôshallai, but Balaw is simply Balawai

Body Language

The Koruunai's equivalent of a shrug was to tilt the head slightly to the right.
