The Korriban regiment, also known as sentries, were a portion of the reconstituted Imperial Army of the Sith Empire that was stationed on the planet Korriban during the Cold War. Around the year 3643 BBY, Sergeant Cormun was a part of the Korriban regiment's Fifth Infantry company.

Unlike most soldiers in the Imperial Army, many of the men and women of the Korriban regiment's armor was a distinct red, rather than the commonplace gray.
