Korcola was a Force-sensitive individual who served as a Jedi Master of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era.[1] By 228 BBY,[2] they had taught the Jedi youngling Jamil Sollis a defense stance involving holding his hand out in a flat palm.[1]
That year,[2] while sitting on the ground at the Jedi Temple on[1] the Core Worlds planet[3] Coruscant, Sollis was taken by surprise when fellow youngling Kildo offered him Rainbow Mantell Mix. In response, Sollis leapt to his feet and held out his palm flat, mentally recalling he had been taught the stance by Korcola.[1]

Korcola was mentioned in the 2024 junior novel The High Republic: Beware the Nameless, written by Zoraida Córdova and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[4]
