Kontor first appeared in Game Update 7.8: Pursuit of Ruin, released on December 9, 2025, as part of Star Wars: The Old Republic: Legacy of the Sith,[3] the eighth digital expansion to the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars: The Old Republic.[4]
