The Jannimak crash site was a location where the research vessel known as the Jannimak[2] mysteriously crashed into the planet Dantooine[3] at some point around 3622 BBY.[1] Sometime after the disaster, Doctor Pordav with Galactic Sustainability Institute,[2] a subsidiary of Galactic Solutions Industries,[4] led the response to the planet and set up an outpost near the crash site.[2]
