Kodin was a male Aqualish droid and junk dealer on Nar Shaddaa who had ties to the Exchange. He met Meetra Surik, who was searching for IT-31. Kodin had stolen IT-31 from Tien Tubb. Surik secured the droid's release from Kodin after TT-32-GE3 asked her to, realizing that IT-31 was not actually destroyed. IT-31 returned to Tien Tubb.
