Kenner Loring's faction

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

At some point following the rebellion on Akiva, Grand General Kenner Loring, along with his allies and co-conspirators such as Commander Valent, led a faction that opposed the rule of Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax over the fragmented Galactic Empire.^[1] Eventually, Loring aligned his forces with those led by Grand Moff Ubrik Adelhard. As such, Loring entrenched himself on Malastare^[3] in the Dustig sector^[4] which he had been using as a holding station for the forces under his control. His forces included at least one Imperial-class Star Destroyer, TIE fighters, Imperial officers, and stormtroopers.^[5]
