Kelel was a human gambler who resided on the Outer Rim desert planet Tatooine[1] in 3 ABY[2] During which they played Kessel Sabacc with the Zabrak Eodra and the Sullustan Rellra at the Dizzy Droid Sabacc parlor in the Wonto District of Mos Eisley spaceport on Tatooine. They had dark skin, brown eyes and black hair. While playing Sabacc at the Dizzy Droid, Kelel wore a grey vest over an orange shirt, brown pants and a brown hat.[1]

Kelel appeared in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.[1]
