The Keeper of Aaloth was the title of the government official who ruled the Twi'lek colony planet of Aaloth, located in the Gaulus sector. Like other colonies of the Twi'lek homeworld of Ryloth, Aaloth was ruled by a First family led by a Keeper.[1]

Prior to the insurrection on Aaloth, Yudiah Dee served as the planet's keeper. During the insurrection, Bala Waleen executed Yudiah and usurped his role, declaring himself Keeper of Aaloth.[1]

Behind the scenes

Keepers of Aaloth appeared in flashbacks in the 2021 audio drama The High Republic: Tempest Runner, written by Cavan Scott and performed by a full voice cast.[1]
