Kath shank was a dish made from Kath hounds, creatures found on the planet Dantooine. The Nova Blades were known to serve this dish charred.[1]

Behind the scenes

Kath shank was one of the foods that players had to find on Dantooine to receive the "Dantoonian Culinarian" achievement.[1]
