Kath Soucie is an actress, and a prolific voice actress best known for her portrayal of the fraternal twins Phil and Lil and their mother Betty on the animated show Rugrats, as well as Kanga in Disney versions of Winnie the Pooh since 2000, and Princess Sally Acorn in the 1993 Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon. In relation to Star Wars, she has provided voice work for several video games, including Star Wars: The Old Republic, where she voices the female Smuggler, and the animated TV shows Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels.
