"Mister Kaslo, The Imperial commission has reviewed your application and identified numerous issues with the proposal. We will not be granting a gambling license at this time. Application Status: Rejected"
―Application response to Kaslo[1]

Kaslo was a male individual who applied for a gambling license from the Galactic Empire and subsequently received a rejection notice; a copy of which had been stored on a datapad in Kadùa Village on the Outer Rim moon Toshara[1] by 3 ABY. By that same year,[2] Kaslo had setup Kaslo's Sabacc Parlor in Toshara's capital city Mirogana, which featured at least one high stakes Kessel Sabacc table run by a Gallusian named Bosnok and was frequented by a human named Deonis and a Trandoshan named Bliziu.[1]

In 3 ABY,[2] the gambler Kay Vess participated in a sabacc game against Deonis, Bliziu, and Bosnok; the latter of which she had helped escape from Toshara's Imperial governor's service earlier that year. Around the same time, Vess found and read Kaslo's rejection message from the Imperial commission on the datapad left at Kadùa Village.[1]

Behind the scenes

Kaslo was mentioned in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, they are mentioned both in the "Application Response" datapad, which players can find while exploring Toshara, and during the "High-Stakes Showdown" side quest, which players can choose to complete anytime after completing the "False Flag" main quest where they free Bosnok.[1]
