The Kashyyyk seven layer cake was a spherical dessert which consisted of seven distinct layers and an outer coating of syrup and chocolate. The cake did not originated in Kashyyyk but was named as such due to the ingredients originating from the planet.[1]

The cake was made with Wyyyschokk eggs, which had to first be boiled slowly to rid them of toxins. Traditionally, the cake was baked. However, according to Jedi Padawan Sean, the baking process destroyed the best flavors of the ingredients native to Kashyyyk, so his recipe omitted that step. Sean once made a special Kashyyyk cake which gave Jamie Brasson an allergic reaction.[1]
