Kashyyyk Beef and Sweet Topato Salad is an entrée made available at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios.[3] It debuted in June, 2024 during the land's fifth anniversary celebrations.[4] It is not available at the restaurant's Disneyland location.[5] The menu describes the dish as "Tender Sliced Beef, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Purple Potatoes served on Arugula and Watercress topped with Spicy Yellow Aji Cheese Sauce and Pickled Onions."[3]
