- "At Ossus I met Xendor, the man of my vision. He was a Kashi Mer exile, a master of the Breath, as his people called the Force."
- ―Filed selections from the debriefing of Arden Lyn
Xendor was an exiled Kashi Mer.
The Kashi Mer, also known as the Kashi, was a civilization that inhabited the Kashi system.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Kashi Mer were first mentioned in the roleplaying adventure "Relic," which was authored by George R. Strayton for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game and published in the May 1995 sixth issue of the Star Wars Adventure Journal magazine.[3] Strayton's 1996 roleplaying sourcebook Tales of the Jedi Companion later introduced the alternate name "Kashi" for the culture.[4] The Kashi Mer were first illustrated by Conceptopolis for the 2010 book The Jedi Path: A Manual for Students of the Force.[5]
