Kameda was a Human male captain who served in the Imperial Navy under the command Admiral Daala prior to the Battle of Yavin.[1]
Following an ambush by members of the Rebel Alliance, it was Kameda's duty to inform Grand Moff Tarkin that Daala had been injured during the battle.[1]
