Kalandra

Kalandra was a female individual who attended the University of Bar'leth on the Core Worlds planet Bar'leth during the Imperial Era. Not long after the human female Chelli Lona Aphra began her doctorate program at the university in 11 BBY, she became lovers with Kalandra.

Eventually, Kalandra began to wait for Aphra outside of her classes, which caused her to start avoiding Kalandra. Aphra later mentioned Kalandra's actions to her new lover—fellow university student Sana Starros—calling her a stalker. In 0 ABY, Aphra recalled her relationship with Kalandra and the unwanted behavior she had begun taking in a recording she created for Starros.

Biography

Kalandra was a female^[1] individual who lived during the Imperial Era. Shortly after the human female Chelli Lona Aphra began her archaeology doctorate at the University of Bar'leth, a university on^[2] the Core Worlds planet^[3] Bar'leth in 11 BBY,^[4] Kalandra and Aphra became lovers. During their relationship, however, Kalandra began to expectantly wait outside for Aphra's classes to end, which caused Aphra to start avoiding her because she did not like it.^[2]

Aphra's relationship with Kalandra eventually became known to the aspiring archaeologists' classmate Sana Starros. When Starros and Aphra became lovers, the two spoke and Starros mentioned Kalandra, before asking Aphra if she was in any other relationships. In response, Aphra joked it was hard for her to keep track of the relationships she was in, before informing Starros that she had been avoiding Kalandra because she had been waiting for her to emerge after her classes finished. She then called Kalandra a stalker, before admitting that she was uncharacteristically no longer involved with anyone besides Starros.^[2]

In 0 ABY,^[5] now a rogue archaeologist and doctor, Aphra created a recording for Starros that she intended for her to hear after her death. During the recording, Aphra mentioned her relationship with Kalandra and the unwanted actions that she had begun taking during the time they dated. The archaeologist also recounted the conversation she had with Starros where she informed Starros about her avoidance of Kalandra.^[2]

Personality and traits

During her relationship with Chelli Lona Aphra, Kalandra began carrying out what Aphra called stalker behavior as she staked out Aphra's classes at the University of Bar'leth and waited for her to leave her classes. This made Aphra uncomfortable and caused her to start avoiding Kalandra.^[2]
