Kaadu Pork Belly Slider Skewer was a dish served at Oga's Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The kaadu belly meat was served in cubes with sauces and each placed in a bun. The two cubes were skewered together. It was considered a Life Day specialty consumable by humans.[1]

Kaadu Pork Belly Slider Skewer was a real-world entrée available for a limited time at Oga's Cantina in Disneyland's location of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The dish was released on November 12, 2021 as a part of the park's Life Day festivities, which corresponded with the real-world holiday season.[3] At least for a time, the digital menu for Oga's Cantina omitted the kaadu from the name of the dish, but physical menu displays maintained that the official name of the dish included kaadu.[3][4] The menu description of the dish read, "Pork Belly, Bao Buns, Zucchini Sauce, Calabrian Chili Compote, Za'atar Spice."[5]
